I have been coming to Mary’s classes for over a year now with my Mini Aussie puppy, Fonzie. When driving up to Mary’s house (where she has a huge back yard for the classes), he starts whining and carrying on in the car because he knows where he is. He drags me to the side fence gate, eager to get in. Mary offers all levels of agility classes. We are in the upper level class now, trying to fine tune my handling skills. Mary offers helpful suggestions and also video-tapes our lessons in order to show the students first hand what they are doing when they run a course. That is especially helpful to see yourself.

I have been showing Fonzie in Novice all summer (2007) to allow him to be successful at the trial and also to work on improving my handling skills. Next year (2008), we’ll be showing in Open.
